4. Client Onboarding Process
4.1 Initial Consultation
IG Software Nig offers a complimentary initial consultation (via phone, video call, or in-person) to understand the client’s requirements, goals, and project scope. This consultation forms the foundation for preparing a customized proposal.
4.2 Proposal and Contract
Following the consultation, a detailed proposal will be provided, outlining the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
Clients must review and sign a formal contract to confirm the project. Contracts must be signed within 10 business days of receiving the proposal to secure the timeline.
4.3 Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery. Payment details will be specified in the contract.
4.4 Project Kickoff
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, IG Software Nig will provide a project roadmap that includes key milestones, timelines, and regular updates through scheduled meetings or email communication.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due as per the agreement between IG Software Nig and the client. Invoices must be paid within 1 week of issuance.
All fees are stated clearly in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific agreements.
6. Post-Launch Support Policy
6.1 Free Support Period:
IG Software Nig provides a 30-day complimentary post-launch support period starting from the website’s launch date.

- This support includes fixing bugs or technical issues related to the original project scope and minor adjustments, such as text edits or image replacements.
- The free support period does not cover new features, design changes, or third-party service issues.
6.2 Maintenance Services
After the free support period, clients may opt for maintenance packages to ensure their website remains up-to-date and secure. These packages include:

- Scheduled backups for data safety.
6.3: Exclusions
IG Software Nig is not responsible for issues caused by:

7. Limitation of Liability
IG Software Nig is not liable for any damages resulting from website downtime, third-party errors, or loss of data during or after the project.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 2 weeks' written notice.
Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or services.
10. Amendments
IG Software Nig reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of our website or services acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
